Replace all stanier sign 1/2/3 in coronerstan.ytd and coronerstan-hi.ytd with these files. All 4k (4096) textures go in coronerstan-hi

Alternatively, make a duplicate coronerstan (ie bccoronerstan) in the .rpf and add these.

Alternatively (and recommended), make a duplicate lsppstan (ie sadcrstan and sadcrstan2) in the .rpf and add these. I've included the lightbar textures to convert the Red/Blue Lightbar to all-red for a more lore-fied look.
