The Port Authority Police have a unique mission: their primary duty is to safeguard some of the most critical infrastructure facilities in the world. Their span of control spreads across numerous jurisdictions within two states. Their singular responsibility is to provide security for thousands of employees, millions of commuters, passengers, and visitors who travel through the Port Authority’s transportation facilities and structures. The duties of the Port Authority Police include high-visibility police patrol, preliminary criminal investigation, emergency response, counter-terrorism tactics, commercial vehicle inspections, directed patrols and aircraft rescue and firefighting.

If your wondering which file to choose this will help you
Reflective:
Reflective overall looks better in game and decals light up like they would IRL 
(look at the 4 pics before the all blue pics for examples)

CAN'T CHANGE THE LIVERIES WITH REFLECTIVE!!
 
NON-Reflective:
This should be used if you plan on changing the liveries but decals wont light up

HOW TO INSTALL REPLACE VARIANT
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks - patchday24ng - dlc.rpf - x64 - levels - gta5 - vehicles.rpf
Drag and Drop the YTD and YFT Files from the folders of the cars you want to install
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!

Hello! This is Northstar Development's LSFR 2025 Dodge Durango Pack inspired by Madeira Beach, located in Pinellas County, Florida! It features high quality paid parts with multiple different lighting modes and options, all toggleable via mod-kits and extras in-game! These two vehicles are preconfigured for FiveM with a ULC lighting control file, however, they can be used inside single-player utilizing Dynamic Lighting System (DLS). No support will be provided with installation for single-player.

3. Export a file called ‘dlclist.xml’ which located in GTAV/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/. Copy this file to your desktop and open it with any editor you like. After, scroll to the bottom and locate the last line that starts with ‘<Item>dlcpacks:/….’. Add a new line, then copy and paste this line:        

        <Item>dlcpacks:/dmwhumcvpi/</Item>

4. Replace old file with the new one.

Contains my SUPERFIX file which fixes any issue you ever had (flipping, disappearing car, handling, audio sound, etc) with the slot/car you are trying to use. That way you can use anybody car from here on out as long as it fits in that slot. People has contacted me so many times how to fix this and that even with other Devs cars. So I created the SUPERFIX to fix the slot completely so you can use anybody car in the future without issues.
 
 
Non ELS/FiveM vehicles are still a WIP and will slowly continue to be released. Non ELS models haven't been released on Patreon yet.
 
Before anyone start complaining these are either old vehicles that were in an extra file where I scratched either the project or the vehicles, and these are my old builds just with a new look. I have great supporters on Patreon and they get a lot of exclusive stuff so I thought it would be cool especially before Christmas to release them. A fictional law enforcement department for LSPDFR and GTA V.
 
OVERVIEW:
 
The Senora Valley Police Department is a law enforcement agency staffed and managed by the Blaine County Sheriff's Office, and is responsible for all law enforcement responsibilities in the greater Senora region. This includes, but is not limited to, Harmony, Grapeseed, Sandy Shores, Zancudo and Mount Vinewood region (near the Vineyards). While this department is fictional, the vehicles are designed to adhere to Massachusetts State Law, and the skins (designed by Getinmybelly) are based off of Dupont Police.  This department is designed to appear like many less wealthy departments across the United States, wherein older vehicles are used for longer periods of time with recycled parts. ELS & Non-ELS Hybrid
It is true that this pack utilizes ELS and Non-ELS to create magnificent and beautiful lighting effects in the environment, as well as to enable more variety with the flash patterns. By default, the Non-ELS lights are set to activate on Light-Stage 2, but this can be modified in the VCFs if you wish. Modifying the metas or names of these vehicles can cause the non-ELS lights to malfunction, leaving most of the lights either dysfunctional or totally inoperable.

A: Yes, but please read the readme carefully for instructions.

A: Under no circumstances will I be including a red/blue option for this pack.
 
Q: What permissions do I have for this pack?
A: You can use it for single-player until your heart is content, but under no circumstances can you use this pack for FiveM.
 
Q: May I have access to the templates to change the liveries?
A: You can find the templates for these vehicles in Underwood's DEV Downloads for the Tahoe and Crown Victoria.
