    i already did all that, the browser simply restarts the download and blocks it at the end, as said same thingo on Chrome, Opera and Edge

    i tried many times to download both the .exe file and the zip, Opera, Chorome and Edge all block the download and even if i disable av, tell the site to keep the file and so on, i am not able to get anything downloaded. i disable evry antivirus and block both on sites and on PC, any suggestions?
