Nevermind, I actually found a work around for this. All you gotta do is change your character to a preset character then switch back to your character.

When I switch to my own character, it loads with the incorrect hair (in this case, ALWAYS the hair in the attached screenshot). Any fix?

Actually, before I enabled the "Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support", I only crashed when going on duty. Now when I enabled it, I crash right away when it says "LSPDFR loading".
