Hey thanks for the reply, I managed to fix it. It was because one of my xml files from ELS was broken. And I fixed the console by switching to Direct11 instead of 10 on the settings in game

Hello I am brand new to LSPDFR, can someone tell me if this is what the console is supposed to look like when I press F4? If not how do I fix this. Thanks in advance. I'm wondering why there isn't any text showing in the console and when i try to type something some grey boxes just show up
