I have LCPDFR and Simple Native. Should I just clean out my GTAIV directory folder and reinstall trainer and lcpdfr?

No okay, I removed ELS because I dont need it. I restored my vehichles.ide to the original. Now when I load GTAIV it crashes while it plays the loading pictures. Why?

1.) I download Crown Vic Police car mod, I do the process and then it doesnt work. It does work, but the sirens are not working. Then I notice that it's ELS. I download ELS and claim it bull****. It doesnt work properly. Then I try finding backups to remove this crown vic. None found. Then I deside to download a car without ELS, the Dodge Charger Police car. The sirens don't work. During all of this, I never see any cars other than taxis and cop cars. So I download the Traffic Flow. Traffic Flow does nothing except spawn random cars out of la la land(the space in front of you) and remove peds. But then spawn them randomly while you're walking. Where to find backup for cop cars? I should reinstall the game, shouldn't I?

When I play lcpdfr, I really want to force an event to happen. I've looked all over the site, and still couldnt find it. Is there anything you have to type when you open the console? "~" or " ` " i have 0.95, btw

Also, I downloaded the 1.0.7.0 patch and it still doesnt work, LCPDFR, that is. Now my game is lagging tremendously because of that patch.

I have steam version. I don't know how to check the version at all. Also, Kennie. It doesn't download when I run the setup wizard, gives an error saying a file cant be found on my PC

After running and seccesfully ending the LCPDFR install wizard (.91), I check my GTAIV folder and see that the LCPD files are in script folder, good. I run the game ( regularly ) and go into single player as niko bellic. Alt + P, after I press it does nothing but change graphic quality ( I know the sollution to this graphic change). Please try to be specific if you answer.
