    I have figured out the issue! I had installed the LSPDFR package for GTAV classic into my GTAV enhanced folder.

    Yes, regular GTAV enhanced works just fine, and does not crash.

    No 'mods' or '_mods' folder, only a plugin folder containing the lspd first response files

    No and yes. I've tried loading without the plugin and it still crashes. As for the folder question, yes, I do.

    Fresh install of GTA enhanced, Ragehook and only lcpdfr installed for mods. Nothing I do seems to do anything to fix it. Pasted content I've managed to get slightly further (just long enough to press story on the menu) before it crashes by changing the timeout setting to 60000 Pasted content
