that popup sometimes occurs when i go to spawn in a vehicle, like sometimes when i try to spawn a cop car in, itll pop up. but if i simply attempt to spawn it again it DOES spawn. https://streamable.com/d3gub6 here is a link to a screen recording of my pov, i can enter a different replace vehicle, but my game freezes when i enter the replace police vehicle.

yes it launches, i can play gta completely like normal with lspdfr and everything i have installed. the ONLY issues is the fact i can not sit inside of a police vehicle whether it is a base model or one ive added myself. everything else works completely fine and i have no clue on how to fix that issue

i went through the website for windows smart app control and couldnt find a way to turn a individual app off, it says you can disable it entirely, but you cant turn it back on after you disable it. the weird thing about this, is that when i get that error, i simply just spawn it again and it spawns. but when i go to sit in the car my game freezes and then crashes

i tried to launch it after changing it from mods to _mods, and then kept getting an error where i couldnt load it with or without rph. i changed it back to JUST mods and it loaded. im starting to think it could be my windows security. not 100% sure though..

yeah its odd, i use NVE for graphics, and so my cars are all downloaded inside of NVE_vehicles. Just today i decided to replace the base police vehicles with new ones. however the problem stayed. the AI police can use the cars so i dont understand the issue

I have a good bit of vehicles installed, like sports and supercars, however i can drive them perfectly fine. my only issue seems to be the emergency vehicles. without RPH running my game fails to even load into story. however the only times i touch gta 5 is to play lspdfr

gta 5 crashes ONLY when i try to enter a police vehicle, it does this for every single one, which makes lspdfr practically unplayable. it lets me spawn them in, just not sit inside or drive them. every other vehicle works completely fine, and i can drive them as normal
