works fine with the "_mods" so maybe its a mod?

Here is the whole folder, i'll try loading up the game without ragehook now without starting/opening ragehook, singleplayer/storymode still crashes during loading screen

I dont have a LOG file.... just the text doc (im in the main directory for the game)

the only other log i can see is this one, it looks exactly like the yap i copy pasted thoughRagePluginHook_22122025_192643.log

Anyway, Really not sure what is going wrong, i haven't played LSPDFR on this computer yet, and haven't played in a long time so i may be rusty but i followed install instructions as best i could, so any help would be welcomed.
