    Hi! This is my first N-ELS vehicle I have publicly released, so I suppose I should introduce myself. My name is Allen, and I started making Non-ELS vehicles about 6 months ago. I release this to hopefully get my name out there and introduce myself. Anywho, a credits file is included in the file, and it is ready to drag and drop into your server. This vehicle only utilizes 20 sirens, so you can use it even if you don't use SSLA for your server. I hope you do enjoy it, and please leave a review!
