  1. 8lackmarket's post in lspdfr console (F4) not opening in game was marked as the answer   
    One user reported disabling smooth motion remedies the issue. You can do this in the NVIDIA app under the Graphics tab. I imagine disabling it for GTA V specifically would work, but you can also disable it globally.
