Hi everyone,

i have a strange situation, when im inside the story, with all the plugin preloaded, i cannot open the console with F4.

When i press it, the game freeze until i press it again. tbh idk what to do, i tried everything, from change the console key, run RPH as admin, force the game windowed. nothing works!

One user reported disabling smooth motion remedies the issue. You can do this in the NVIDIA app under the Graphics tab. I imagine disabling it for GTA V specifically would work, but you can also disable it globally.
