yeah they reappear sometimes you wont get any for awhile and sometimes there will be a lot...I love the random events it makes gta v have a lot of replay value unlike iv

try this http://www.gta4-mods.com/vehicles/city-cars-mod-pack-v14-f17907 its what I use has a nice variety of cars and with this use this commandline -availablevidmem 2.0 -noprecache -nomemrestrict -norestrictions -novblank if you still have texture loss then turn your texture quality on high

you will just have to keep your eyes on the cop cars when they are chasing people sometimes you will see it

I only got one star its in the parking lot you have to drive around the prison back to the entrance and youll see him in the parking lot...wait till he gets out then jack it..drive straight though

you can also get one at the prison driving in the parking lot that's the easiest and quickest way to get one...heres an unmarked buffalo I got

heres a police bike...kinda weird that its out in the country and not the highway patrol and the civilian boarder patrol

yes rockstar is teasing us...if you notice some of the random events like this one I stumpled upon was a wreck down hill with multiple cars involved I called the sheriff and they came down and actually investigated the scene and stuck around for awile...they really put a lot of detail into this game I don't see why they wouldn't have a dlc in the future a first response for consoles...I hope they do this

3rd option is the best and makes the most sense...beyond me why anyone would want to choose the first two options it kinda kills the point of gta v

why would rockstar have a nightstick and a tazer available to buy at ammunition if they don't have something planned for future dlc content like oh idk police content....a lot of people would buy it look how popular lcpdfr mod is

I finally got the uniforms pretty cool how you can have michael and trevor wear the uniforms and have them hang out riding shotgun in a squad car going around beating perps and assisting in chases I hope rockstar comes out with police content in a dlc

well still probably have the real cars but no need for els just different patterns and mute siren
