    Hello guys and girls, one question, when i m stopping a driver for speeding and results that he has stolen the car, i m arresting him and still a icon yellow on the map ,what to do? i tried that with radar, he was speeding and when i checked him , he was good but the car was stolen, arrested him and still that blue icon on the map like something is unfinshed
