Hey, I have installed lspdfr without mods or callouts. I have not installed anything else, but when I go into the game and press F4 to open the rage console, nothing happens. My game stops and I can enter the commands for the example spawn police, then spawn also police, so all the commands work, but the console is not visible. I would be happy to hear your feedback.
