how to issue and write citations on traffic stops? i have tried reports plus, when creating a report it and walking back up to vehicle it wont let me give option to give ticket.- 617 comments

This thing really has the potential! I have used this for the last hour and a half and i'm absolutely loving it. couple of things if i may mention.... Make more questions for the dialog during the traffic stop encounter Make it so the peds wont drive directly off after a traffic stop, like stop the ped where they wait until you return to your vehicle for more realism.] the computer instance flashes for me, maybe its just a me thing? but it works great and i like the layout.
