    I'm having the same problem too. Sometimes it starts a little after I start LSPDFR or maybe an hour later. It didn't start until 0.4, so I just patrol in the county most of the time. I have the 1080Ti with 32GB Ram and the limit and heap adjuster.

    I know this is very minor, but could you make the font color(blue) the exact same as the real deal for the black and white skins? Other than that, the skins are perfect! Keep them coming!
