    I may have missed it, but is it required to re-install EFLC before installing ELS V8 or can I just install V8 and it will overwrite V7?

    So, I follow all the steps to mod a sound file(Sirens in my case) but when I open Resident.rpf, or Streamed_Vehicles.rpf, it just comes up as an empty folder in Spark IV. Anyone know how to solve it?

    So, ive looked around the innerwebs for help and go nowhere, even asked on gtapolicemods without any luck. I have the regular plain version of IV on disk, and I downloaded TBoGT the games for windows live market place, nd have no trouble playing it. I can even use my original IV modded files. However, My issue is that my TBoGT files do not show up, and I am unable to install the EFLC version of Spark IV, so I cannot mod my police3 and police4 vehicles. Anyone know how to fix it?
