This was made for someone on here that works with Bowman PD in South Carolina and we worked together to make this 100 percent realistic all the way down to flash lighting! Bowman is a very small town of just over 1,000 people. So, it isn't going to have alot of fancy stuff on it. However...This Charger turned out absolutely perfect!! Comes with it's own ELS for both red and blue and all blue lighting! Working spotlights and take downs!Also,4 extra liveries incase you want it. Haha. Hope you guys enjoy it!

    ################ AUTHOR NOTES ################
Solo6oh4 requested this skin pack; Thanks!

This is compatible with any vehicle model based on BXBugg123's 2014 Charger template. Screenshots utilize @Him1250 - 2013-2014 Albuquerque Police DWI Enforcement pack (slicktop) for the screenshots. The video below utilizes @JJDawkins 2014 Charger with a light bar

v2.0 now includes the 2016 Explorer from JJDawkins! :)

v3.0 now includes the 2014 Chevrolet Caprice!

Thank you for downloading my CS&KT Tribal Police Department skin. :) Please leave a comment or review with your thoughts. I'd appreciate if you contact me directly, or through comments before leaving a negative review, to let me know of the issue as I would like the opportunity to make things right.

    Enjoy :)

    ################ REQUIREMENTS ################
    -OpenIV
-One of the previously mentioned vehicle models

    ################ INSTALLATION ################
Navigate to the vehicle model you want to add the skin to via OpenIV. For example, here is where my vehicle is installed (BTW I changed "FBI5" or "Police4" to sheriff. You can use whatever you want:

    GTA V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > patchday11ng > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf.

I will use the police3 file as an example.

    In OpenIV click "Edit Mode" > sheriff.ytd > chr2_sign_1 > Replace > chr2_sign_1 > verify the background is the correct texture > Save > Close OpenIV.  > Play GTA V :)
This vehicle model comes with support for multiple liveries, so feel free to chose which livery "slot" you want to use by changing the last number in chr2_sign_1, to one of the numbers available (seen in OpenIV > sheriff.ytd)

Please do not re-upload these files without prior permission from me (Kahlandir). I am willing to help if possible if there is any confusion on the install; HOWEVER, I am not responsible for any damage that may occur during your installation process. I highly recommend a full backup of your GTA V game while modding as it is very easy for files to be corrupted, and difficult to rectify the problem without a clean backup file. ALSO - Do not use this, or any of my files online as Rockstar will ban users online with mods in their game. By downloading this file you agree to the above statements. Thank you.

    Gang Activity
Gangs have taken to the streets (literally!) and it is up to you to stop the violence!

    Arrest Warrant
A warrant has been issued and you have taken the call to pick them up, but they may not go down without a fight.

    Bar Fight
Two bar patrons have just been ejected from a bar for fighting, but now they're fighting on the street, making it your problem.

    Hit & Run
A hit and run has occurred, so its time to put the pedal to metal and chase the suspect down, right?! Nope. You get to be back up today! Arrive on scene and make sure it is secure and take the witness statement. There is no one to hunt down, there is no pursuit, you job is JUST to secure the scene. (This works best with BetterEMS and Traffic Policer so you have barriers.)

    Videos
My callout starts at 6 minutes in, however I very much recommend the entire video. Thanks @Doug for the feature! (:
