  1. NPCS wont use add on cars, and game wont load when editing EUP file.

    whenever i edit the agency.xml file the cars arent in game and they dont spawn ambiently or being used by npcs. when i edit the eup file, with the right percentages and all it gets stuck in a loading loop.
