  1. ELS not working

    rhall96 posted a topic in Legacy
    I just downloaded GTA V again after a few years. I have downloaded ELS and have vehicles with the appropriate XML files in the ELS folder. For whatever reason, i cannot get ELS to work at all. Any ideas?
