  1. I made this account just to say the number of times I have boosted a car for export, safely gotten out of the BOLO area, only for a policemen to magically spawn in less than a block away from the export location, pinching me, leaving me little to no choice but to pay the 5k fine (what am I going to do, drive away from the location I just spent 5-10 minutes getting to), just to get back into my car to ONCE AGAIN get pinch by COMPLETELY DIFFERENT cop, get yanked out of my car, pay ANOTHER 5k fine literally right outside the car export... it's beyond infiltration. Also, the most easily accessibly car export location has a swinging chain linked gate that scratches the right side of your car, no matter what you do. 😒 And don't even get me started on the number of times I have accidentally punched a friendly gang member in the mouth because the action button on controller shares the same function as backing out of the menus (but not all menus, just certain menus. So you better not try and panic press yourself out of the wrong menu one too many times when a cop spots your drug deal from 10kil away), forcing me to disable the mod, reload an old SP save (because you can't simply reload LSR right there on the spot, the npc's either remain hostile towards you or they disappear completely, making it impossible to complete the initial transaction prior to the face-punching) which 9/10 times crashes the whole game, causing more time being wasted reloading the app, reloading the mod, reloading the save data. And even then, as if on brand or something, NONE of the gang members I wanted to buy drugs from are even there! Which means I have to call a cab, travel somewhere else on the map, dick around for an uncertain amount of time, go back and then hope that the "right" gang members have spawned back to transact with. And I know all of this is "customizable" in the settings menu, but most of the "customization" stats looks something like "set the spawn value from -5000 to 5000". Like, what even does that mean? I don't have all day to dick around with hundreds, upon hundreds of settings, especially when I'm already offered presents like easy and default mode up front to help me jump right into the mod straightaway. Furthermore, there are currently so little resources online for this mod that a simple google search brings up nothing of substance at all. I have no way of deciphering how to access many of the jobs listed one the site or in the settings pages, let alone what -250 out of 10,000 does to the spawn rate of cats in my immediate area. This mod without a doubt is in desperate need of a wiki of some sort. I'm being a padantic dick right now, mostly because another invisible police officer jumped me moments before I could export yet another vehicle for the umpteenth time, so I want to make it perfectly clear that mod is amazing in so many different ways, and I'm beyond happy it exists at all. It's adds a level of immersion that I didn't think was possible in a game AAA game like this. But man, many the youtube videos I found hyping this mod up left out a TON of more frigidity, fiddly, buggy, and unfinished aspect of the project that have, if you haven't noticed, gotten deeply under my skin after spending hours, upon hours fusing around with its settings and mechanics. So, I'll finish this vent session with a final anecdote. The first thing I did in the game was try out the street racing. Raced for pinks, and won. Cool, awesome. Where are the opponent’s cars for collection? Oh, they are scattered all over the freeway in their last know positions. Turned over, with no practicle way of tow them away or have them moved without driving onto the freeway yourself, having to use your current vehicle to smash other said vehicle in the side in an attempt to flip it over so that you can at least try and drive it away (which, naturally, gets the police involved because causing any kind of vehicular damage, even to your own property, is a no-no). I spent the first 2 hours of this mod trying to figure out how to possibly tow these cars to an impound lot and it felt like I was losing my mind after a while. I should have left this mod alone right than a there, but I desperately want to love this mod. I really, really do. But for every amazing moment I find when playing it, there are at least 2 dozen more instances of me being on the verge of throwing my controller across the room in a fit of disbelief that another fucking police officer has literally just spawned right in front of the car export, unapologetically blocking the entrance to that building as to prevent me from selling the vehicle I fought tooth and nail to get there in the first place. Almost as if the whole mod is just trolling the absolute shit out of me in an effort to try and get me to turn it off and write an impossibly long wall of text that people will inevitably judge as, "This guy needs to chill the f out, geez."
