  1. Can’t open console commands

    Hello everyone this is my first time installing mods for gta 5 for some reason I can’t open the console commands I’ve tried changing it to something else and it still does not open this is the only mod I have downloaded. Also when I hit ~ it just brings me to the cheats menu.
