I forgot to include these in the original post but here are the logs that I think would have anything important to this error. ScriptHookV.log AdvancedHookV.log ELS.log RagePluginHook.log

So my issue is every time I launch into story mode to play LSPDFR with the ELS mod which requires script hook, script hook will spit this error: An exception occurred while executing 'ELS.asi', id 3 Exception addr 0x00007FFEB4051295 is AdvancedHookV.dll+0x00001295 Last called native 0x0000000000000000 and my game just completely black screens alt f4 doesn't work the game just stops loading and when I checked the RAGE Plugin logs it basically reports that LSPDFR has started the cop manager then right after LSPDFR records: Game has stopped loading and that's the final RAGE Plugin log.
