    arrow9296 posted a topic in LSPDFR 0.4 for Legacy Edition Support
    I installed prowler radar correctly into my gta5 directory and is in under plugins/lspdfr but in game it doesn't load in or show up when press numpad 9 and I checked to see if that was the right startup key and it was. this problem is also with grammar police callout interface as well as my ELS. if anyone could help that would be awesome!
