    Hello, I am having an issue where when loading EUP Menu, I get an error saying that EUP is not installed, even though I have installed it according to a YT Tutorial I found in another forum. I am also having an issue with a file named dinput8.dll, where every time I load into story mode with OR without RPH, it freezes on the loading screen and I have to find the file in C/Windows/System32 and copy / paste it into my main game directory every time I want to play GTA 5. I have already renamed my mods folder to _mods, and both issues continue to happen. I have verified my game directory through steam, and it has not fixed the issue. I will post the Rage Plugin Hook Log file. (SIDE NOTE), my ASI Manager in OpenIV keeps saying it needs to update every time I open OpenIV, Don't know if that has something to do with it. RagePluginHook.log
