Make sure you have a radio option selected in the LSPDFR menu like you would in normal LSPDFR

Yea but I only got the one monitor and I am on a laptop so cant exactly get another one

The only problem with that is when I try to alt tab back to GTA 5 the ReportPlus application doesn't go away and stays up till I minimize it which is a little annoying tbh

I have a question since my laptop only got 1 display and I don't have another laptop I could use could I use my phone to use this?
