    I made these textures a while ago, thought I'd share them with you guys on the website... I made these because I was getting bored of the NYPD-like textures of the LCPD.. So inspired by Dutch (slightly) and Malaysian Mitsubishi Evo 10 police vehicles, I created these textures.     A State trooper skin for the fictional state of Liberty City... Kinda forgot that Liberty City is sort of like a city state. So I kinda messed up when I was making this texture :l I made this texture a few months ago... I may do one for a police Landstalker... :D The car I used in the screenshots was by Ekalb My first completely original skin... as well as my first submission. :DDD
