Installation
Open your Grand Theft Auto V installation folder.
Locate (or create) a folder named:
scripts Copy all included files into your scripts folder.
Example:
Grand Theft Auto V │ ├── scripts │ ├── AirNotez42 Streaming Emotes Free.dll │ ├── AirNotez42StreamingEmotes.ini │ ├── LemonUI.SHVDN3.dll │ └── (all additional included files) Launch GTA V.
The plugin will automatically load when the game starts.

Universal Traffic Stop Escalation adds realism and unpredictability to your patrols by turning ordinary traffic stops into dynamic, evolving scenarios. Not every stop will be routine — drivers may comply, become nervous, flee, or escalate the situation entirely.

There are a few known bugs. The tow truck deletes with the vehicle once it reaches its destination. There is also a timer on the tow truck for it if gets stuck with the vehicle in traffic or something happens while its still towing the vehicle. It is known that the tow driver does drive a little reckless. I have also updated the HUD to go off of the games HUD. There is a ReadMe.txt for instructions. I have also added a HUD for when the Plugin loads.
