    UPDATE! Problem was fixed. LSPDFR was being overwhelmed by the forests of SA mods.

    On this screenshot I tried it in game instead of loading, but the outcome is the same. This happened after installing a new road texture and some building revamps for IRL LA stuff. Any reason why LSPDFR is the only thing crashing? it's the .dll in specific.
