mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks in OIV

its both it ads new vehicles and replaces the default ones but i also dried a different vehicle mod that only adds vshicles and that one crahes too

i downloaded the vehicle pack and the game goes to the main menu and when i click start singleplayer with rage plugin hook the game crashes and when i remove the vehicles it works fine
