    Yeah i found out it's only when I get the notification from the police. Having them isn't the issue. Every time the notification pops up it stutters.

    I finally got the game working with this mod, but every time I get a wanted level it stutters beyond belief. I didn't see anyone with this issue other than one forum post with no replies. I have Drive V (plus Inverse Power + Drive V Deformation), Dynamic Vehicle First Person Camera, Realistic Gun Sounds, and Immersive Combat. Everything runs perfect minus hardware restrictions and lag caused by not so powerful hardware, but the millisecond I commit a crime it's a Powerpoint slideshow. I probably messed something up, but if anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate it. (Also apologies if someone here has had this issue addressed and resolved, there's twenty pages and I ain't reading all that.)
