  1. Cannot locate ped outside of a callout?

    JoonasTwist posted a topic in LSPDFR 0.4 for Legacy Edition Support
    I am outside of a callout. I searched a car and found drugs. I checked the plate and found the owner of the car who is wanted for kidnapping. The ped isnt in the area but compulite gave me their name, and their adress. Is there a way I can track down the ped even if im not in a callout and they're not spawned in the area?
