So can we replace online gta v police cars like we replace police cars in og gta v?, if yes then where can i find the file?

So my lspdfr plugins always crash when i try to enter "gta V story mode with rage plugins hook" but other plugins have no problem and when i am already in the game and try to load the lspdfr plugin again, it works fine but it feels annoying if i have to keep reloading it when i enter the game,please help me
