    In my personal experience, RPH launcher will just crash itself when you use the RAGEPluginHook shortcut (for me). Solution for me is to launch GTA V on itself first. When you reach the page where you can choose story mode, online, settings options then simply tab-out to your desktop, and launch RAGEPluginHook shortcut, after it loads, then select story mode and it should work

    I use 686callouts and super callouts and they work fine for me, additionally i have a few other mods and about 7or8 plugins. Give those two a try, they are one of the most popular ones out there!
