Hi! I reinstalled GTA5 and lspdfr recently and as the title says rph is stuck on launching game. Whenever I try to use rph it will launch gta5 and that's it. It won't actually load with gta if I am making sense. Even after gta has fully loaded rph is still saying 'launching game'. I have spent hours searching the internet for solutions but after a while everyone said the same thing and none of those solutions worked. I have a few mods alongside lspdfr, those being ELS, and a callouts mod and I've replaced a couple of cars and the sirens but I don't see how they could affect rph. I would appreciate any ideas you all have, thanks for reading:) I forgot to add: I have already disabled Battleye
