i need help reverting to the correct version of the game

It is a simple topic but has been getting under my skin. Whenever I spawn a vehicle even if its in the city, it get very muddy as if I were in a swamp. I was wondering if there any solution to this. Any help would be very appreciated.

I recently installed a car pack and as soon as i did, my lspdfr would just stop working. Every time i click load story mode with rage plugin hook, my screen would just go black and never load in. Can someone help please.
