Hey guys, small little thing here for y'all, this was simple made as a request by someone in a random discord.

The livery was made as a place holder, by all means you can make your own using the included template.
 
Note: It has been reported that the livery has to be renamed from Harley_sign_1 to Harley_sign_2. I personally never had this and never touched a sign_2 but if you encounter this then just rename the texture as stated above.
 
 
 

Unless you live under a rock, you should be aware by now that FHP unveiled their newest car to the fleet, a one-off 2023 Corvette C8 Stingray.

So, I set out to make one as close as I could and here it is.

Federal Signal Lighting
All blue and white like FHP

NOTES:

The lighting is NOT 100% accurate. ELS is limited so the park patterns and other cool lighting isn't present here. 
The interior is as close as I could get it to the real life counterpart with the resources I have.

I never intended on this being a 1 to 1 copy, so if that's what you're looking for, it isn't this one. 

But if you're someone like me who doesn't really care if every detail is PERFECT, this may be up your alley.

The els xml does have a "park pattern" being utilized. All it does is slow down the speed of the lights to a more slower, steady flash similar to the real-life variant.

Since the LSPD uses old harley bikes, it was time for a new bike in the fleet.
It's faster, better responding and has lots of lights.
Made the body of the bike wider, like it's realtime counterpart the BMW 1200.
Improved a lot of things.

I had it for a long time as many cars, made it for personal use. thought it would be nice to release it.

[ELS] Los Santos PD Pack (Golden Valley, MN)

This is a small LSPD pack based on Golden Valley Police (MN). Six vehicles are included, three unmarked and three marked. Golden Valley's made a lot of strange decisions when it comes to lighting, from putting as many lights on the vehicle as humanly possible to mounting light modules in nonstandard places. I've tried my best to make the liveries and lighting setup as close to GVPD as possible, but as always, my main goal with this pack was not accuracy. As such, I request you don't review this pack based on accuracy. 
 
This is a rework from the previous iteration of this pack (released March 2021), and the following changes have been made:

Installation:
1. Use OpenIV and install the car mods to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday18ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
   -The Chevrolet Impala should be installed in sheriff/police slot if you have a vanilla carvariation.meta. 
    If you plan on installing in a different slot, you must set its sirensettings to 13 in carvariation.meta. 
    An optional carvariation entry has been included in case if you plan on copy and pasting. 
   -The Chevrolet King StepVan should be installed in policet slot if you have a vanilla carvariation.meta. 
    If you plan on installing in a different slot, you must set its sirensettings to 5 in carvariation.meta. 
    An optional carvariation entry has been included in case if you plan on copy and pasting. 
2. Install the VCF ELS files under Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
3. If the lights does not seem to be flashing, set the diffuse tint value to 
   <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" /> in whatever car slot you replaced in vehicles.meta file.

Showcase
 
Hey!🙂 Ever had a pursuit that lasted so long you had to get spike strips placed so it could finally end? This plugin aims to fix this issue by giving the suspect's vehicle a random amount of fuel and make it go down over time. When the suspect's vehicle is low on fuel, it will start having issues like moving forward or backward automatically, have sparks come out of the exhausts and eventually come to a full stop. You can watch the showcase below for more information.
 
Customization
The configuration file includes:
Minimum fuel level (Default = 15.0)
Maximum fuel level (Default = 98.0)
Fuel drainage multiplier (Default = 1.0 (10% per minute)
Log the new fuel level to console (Default = true)

Stolen Vehicle | A stolen vehicle is on the move. Locate and stop it before the suspect flees or causes damage. Mugging | A person is being robbed at gunpoint. Respond quickly to secure the scene and apprehend the suspect. Pursuit | A suspect is fleeing at high speeds. Join the pursuit and prepare for evasive maneuvers or a foot chase. Person With a Gun | A witness reports someone openly carrying a firearm. Respond immediately and secure the situation. Public Intoxication | A heavily intoxicated person is causing a disturbance. WIP Outcomes | Callout outcomes (excluding pursuits and fights), are mostly random. There are some hard coded events, but they will be worked on to make them a bit more random between replays. I am trying to achieve a better level of replay-ability. A few callouts currently support this. Career Stats | Inspired by 686 Callouts Stats system, I have developed my own for this pack. They show you your actions when patrolling, The good, the bad and the ugly. Leveling System | I wanted to go a step further from the stats, now TAGs Callouts will track everything you do, and provide XP based on your actions. Hello everyone,
This is my first official LSPDFR callout, adapted from a FiveM concept to bring the realism of ShotSpotter technology to single-player patrols. The ShotSpotter system uses acoustic sensors to detect and triangulate gunfire locations across the city, dispatching officers to investigate possible shootings.
When responding to a ShotSpotter alert, you will arrive in a defined search area where shots were detected. The outcome of each call is randomized for a more dynamic and unpredictable patrol experience.
Features
Each ShotSpotter activation can result in one of the following outcomes:
Flee on Arrival – The suspect flees immediately upon your arrival.
Engage on Arrival – The suspect begins firing as soon as you approach.
Fired in the Air – The suspect is located and has discharged a firearm into the air.
Shoot Player then Flee – The suspect engages briefly, then runs from the scene.
False Alarm – No suspect is located, indicating a false detection or someone who fled prior to your arrival.
INI Configuration
An included .ini file allows full customization of callout behavior, including:
Adjusting the probability of each possible outcome.
Forcing specific outcomes for testing or preference.
Modifying search radius, scene timing, and other response settings.

Whats up all, Finally releasing my state police pack... THESE ARE NOT BASED OFF ANY REAL LIFE DEPARTMENT, I do my own thing the way i want things, Been distracted with other real life things totally forgot about these till i was reminded. Anywho hope someone enjoys them, All toxic and negative comments will be ignored, Eup vest and dog vest arnt the best as im no EUP expert, Use them if you want.. Uh, I really don't know what to put here, but a bit of history of the PSP, The Pennsylvania State Police is the state police agency of Pennsylvania, responsible for statewide law enforcement. The Pennsylvania State Police was founded in 1905 by order of Governor Samuel Pennypacker, by signing Senate Bill 278 on May 2, 1905. I just noticed this is the first time I made something other than a regular police pack.  IRL All Ford Crown Victoria's in the Pennsylvania State Police have been retired, The vic is only here for nostalgia.
