    Someone found a solution thank fully I have a female officer so I had to rename the files from mp_m to mp_f

    The vests are not in the game under the armor component, while the files are in the right place. I put the folder with the vest in path: D:\GTA V\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\eup\dlc.rpf\x64\eup_componentpeds.rpf\ If you have any idea on how to fix this please tell me! I made it work before but I did a fresh install of my game and now I can't get it to work.
