You likely need to install a few other things. https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/packfile-limit-adjuster https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/heapadjuster You also need a custom gameconfig.xml installed. I've tried a few found one that works really well but I can't remember which one it is. I may be missing something but I think those three things will get you started. You'll need a trainer to spawn the add-ons into the game. Those will come with their own requirements.

First thing to check is if you have all of the prerequisites installed. It'd also be helpful to know what other plugins you have installed. (Some people like to see crash reports. I have no idea how to read those.)
