    Well, The guy must be using a laptop, That cannot use fraps Period. And Also look at the buulding behind the car. It looks like a kid made it. But the car looks GREAT, I want to download it when GTA 4 is done installing.

    This is a Police car from Bergern County. I made this skin myself. no help Involved. The model can be used for any crown vic But the template i used was here: http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=514 Its a k-9 Model, But in the read me, Or in the file There is a way to take out the dog. Or can be used in any CVPI Template. I did not make the model. I only made the skin.
