My gta is not the original gta, and when I update to the latest version of gta there is an error no launcher text, what is the solution

, This issue is due to the gta version? But I've used lspdfr which is for version 3274, then why can it be an error, even though the version is the same?

The "LSPD Fast respon.dll" file won't load, I've installed Rage native to fix the issue but it doesn't work, I've also been using the latest version of scripthookv but it's te, I've also used the latest version of scripthookv but it still doesn't work My gta file is new and there is no mod at all Additional: I'm using gta v build 3274, and lspdfr also I'm using lspdfr which supports (old file)
