  1. I’m not sure if it’s the case why they are having the issue. I think it’s a possible reason for the big, but hard to say without any good evidence. The only way I can figure out if it’s a callout issue is with the log file. Send me your ideas on discord! I have no clue how Policing Redefined or the arresting system works. If you tell me more about the issue on discord, I can see if I can try to fix it. Right now I know it works with vanilla LSPDFR arrest and STP arresting. The code will check for if the suspect/civ “is cuffed”, so if policing redefined doesn’t cuff the suspect, that could be why it doesn’t weil.
  2. I have had multiple reports from more than one person that EAI is performance heavy. They were having the same issue: interiors wouldn't spawn even if they installed it correctly (I personally walked them through the process over a call), and things still wouldn't work. His PC could barely run LSPDFR at more than 25 FPS. This could be a reason the callout is not working for you. Additionally, this callout is also very performance heavy and there is tons of code running the background when playing. I would suggest checking if you computer is good enough to run the callout. I have no plans to switch from EAI to InteriorsV, as EAI offers more interiors and locations. I am only using EAI when I develop locations and callouts, I use no other callout mods. All the locations work when I test them on my side. See my PC specs below: Ryzen 7 5800H 32GB DDR4 3200mhz Nvidia GTX 3060 I generally run 50-60 FPS when playing the most performance intensive callout (Barricaded Suspects Coroner). I might just exclude the install files from the download and just let people install SCHVDN nightly by themselves to remove repetitive uploads. I agree with you. It's too much work. I'll rip out SHVDN next update. Thanks for you support! I am glad you enjoy this callout, I've had a lot of fun making it. Got any suggestions for callouts or new locations? I want to keep it unique, and not copy other callouts that already exist.
  3. Nothing has changed, code wise. Legit the same code. Not sure why it would stop working all of the sudden. It worked on my computer when I tested it before I sent the new update out (v1.2.6). If you would send me the rage.log after trying to play a callout, that would be great. Maybe I can find out why seemingly "updating" has borked stuff. The hardest part about trying to debug this is that the callout code does not behave consistently across people's computers. Even if it runs on my computer, doesn't always mean it will on others. I would suggest reverting to an older version of the callout if that helps. They are available on the download page.
  4. Yes! The callout was not up to date with SCHVDN-Nightly. This will cause EAI not to work. Please update when you can to 1.2.6! If you still have issues, let me know.
  5. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues. I do understand your point of view, but with the nature of this callout pack, it is not really avoidable. The callout pack is updated frequently, mainly to mirror the updates from Script Hook V Dot Net Nightly (SCHVDN), which is a requirement for the latest version of Enable All Interiors. Not updating may cause the entire callout pack to not work for new downloaders, as providing older versions of SCHVDN with the callout pack may cause instability. This is why it's updated frequently. However, if the callout pack is already installed, playing on older versions of SCHVDN with a compatible version of EAI with this callout should not be causing crashes. When the callout checks for updates when the player goes on duty, it should not be crashing. I just tested this myself and didn't have any crashes while playing on an older version of SCHVDN, and IC (v1.2.2). However, I understand that not everyone's computer behaves the same as mind, so if this is still an issue for you, please feel free to send me the rage.log file on discord and I can find out why your game is crashing. It should not be doing that because of this callout, and if it is, I would like to find why and get it fixed for ya. And if it's not this callout pack that is crashing, I can likely find the other culprit. It is not always necessary to update the callout pack if the update was just updating SCHVDN, which will always be specified in the patch notes. You can make the decision based on the patch notes if you want to update or stay on an old version. Glad to hear that it works! I used to use OAI, but given the lack of updates, I unfortunately have to deal with EAI and SHVDN. I might consider switching everything over to InteriorsV to avoid this SCHVDN headache.
  6. INI File is up and should be working. Let me know if you have any issues.
  7. Let me know if you have any issues! Sure! If you want to message me on discord we can discuss further.
  8. Something I'll look into trying to code. Thanks for the suggestion!
  9. Let me know if it works 🙂 Yes I know, thanks for letting me know. I have not figured out how to code that feature in. It is something I am working on, as this is my first callout. The best way to keep up to date at the moment is to follow the callout on LSPDFR.com so you know when updates are released.
  10. Please ensure to follow the installation instructions carefully. Did you make sure to modify the EnableAllInteriors INI file? If you still have issues with EAI after following the installation instructions, some other users have suggested using the mod InteriorsV with better luck.
  11. Did you install OpenAllInteriors or InteriorsV? If installed correctly, you should see these a bunch of white garage symbols on your map (before starting the callout). The location of the entrance to the callout should be marked on your map with a white garage symbol. The entrance to the callout will be marked with a blue circle marker. If you do not see these while in game, please follow the installation instructions carefully to ensure proper installation. Let me know if you need anymore help.
  12. Sorry to hear that you had a crash. If you want to send the me log file, I can look through it and see if there is an issue. The reason it is saying that it needs to be updated (even though it is fully up to date) is because I had to change some backend stuff that ended up rolling back the version number in the file's DLL properties to match correctly (It was on 1.6 by accident and I changed to to 1.06 to be correct) so you can safely ignore that. But I would like to investigate why it crashed on you because this version should be pretty stable.
  13. Feel free to DM me and we can figure it out. Discord @ Vixloi. Some others have said that using InteriorsV may help. I've ran through the install instructions multiple times to make sure they work, however, that is only on my computer. It's possible they don't work on other people's computer (for god knows what reason). Cheers and let me know if you need anymore help! Yes. It should.
  14. Appreciate the confirmation of those other interior mods working as well! Unfortunately the barricaded suspects isn’t really designed for using partners (at least ultimate backup didn’t work that well when I used it cause all my partners just stood around dead bodies or near arrested suspects), however, if you have a suggestion on a better partner mod to use, let me know! I did include SHVDNN in the download in an effort to dumb proof the installation, which is allowed due to their license (and has been cleared by LSPDFR staff), but I do understand it gets updated frequently. I’ve been keeping an eye on it, and if it gets too much for me to continuously update this callout when SHVDNN updates, I’ll likely take it out and just update the readme on how to install it. Thanks for the suggestion!
  15. That shouldn't be necessary, however, as long as it's working for you, no complaints.
  16. Sorry to hear you are having such issues! It sounds like Enable All Interiors is not installed correctly. Please make sure to follow the interior callout readme file installation instructions carefully, as putting files in the wrong locations will cause the callout not to work. The readme files covers the installation of all of the requirements, so you can ignore the installation instructions from their websites. You can check if EAI is installed correctly by looking at your map, and seeing if white garage symbols are now shown on your in-game pause menu map. If you continue to have issues with this callout, please contact me personally on discord (@ Vixloi) and we can sort it out.
  17. Thanks a lot! I appreciate your support! It all started when one day my friend and I were playing RoN and we were talking about how cool it would be to have the same thing, but in LSPDFR, where you actually had to respond to the call from dispatch. And, the rest is history from there. Progress will be slow, but I plan to add in suspects taking hostages, suspects hiding weapons, civs quickdrawing phones on you, traps, and maybe AI voices (if I like them). Stay tuned for more progress! Sorry to hear you've having an issue. I investigated your log file but did not find anything of note that would help me see why it crashed. Callout manager crashed with a stack trace but no reason why. Please reinstall with the latest version of the callout, following the installation instructions carefully. Please make sure the requirements are installed properly in the correct place. If you still are having issues, please contact me personally on Discord (@ Vixloi) and we can iron it out.
  18. Please update to the latest version of the callout (v1.02) and follow the installation instructions carefully. If you are still having trouble with the callout, please let me know.
  19. Sorry to hear you guys are having issues. Let me investigate the installation process to see if I can find the issue and make it more clear for you guys. I'll touch base soon.
  20. Well, the lengths of the dialogue for barricaded suspects is based on randomization as well, so it can be anywhere from 2 lines of dialogue to 10. Some people are most resistive than others 🤷🏻‍♂️. A good amount of police work can just be having a conversation with someone, and unfortunately it can be annoying. That is intentional by code. The callout does work no issues with EAI, but I have not tested compatibility with OAI or InteriorsV. Let me know if you have any more issues!
  21. Has not been tested with Interior V. It probably works, not sure though. Thanks for the suggestion! However, I’m confused by what you are asking. What do you mean the dialogue is too long for not being acoustic? For which callout? If I remember correctly, there is an outcome in both callouts where suspects will just attack you immediately without even trying to talk to you. I understand that some house invasion scenarios do have some immediate shooting, but this callout doesn’t have anything like that yet.
  22. Thank you! That was the reason I chose EAI due to the fact it’s being actively supported and updated. Have fun! You’ll certainly see some action with this callout, although you’ll never know when! 🙂 (Random probability go brrrrrrrrr) Theoretically, there are over 2x10^25 separate outcomes for Barricaded Suspects 😄
  23. It should theoretically work with OAI at the moment assuming OAI opens up the coroner’s building. However, considering that EAI has newer interiors, which I may use in the future, OAI may not work for every callout.
  24. What do you mean, “border” callouts? Could you explain further on what you mean?
