  1. Bad anti virus and insufficient for Rage Plugin Hook

    so i have been trying to solve this problem for 2 days and ive have tried everything i have uninstalled and reinstalled,redownloaded lspdfr multiple times and rhp, went into my security settings and set gta folder as exceptions for anti virus as well as lspdfr and rhp, turn off anti virus, verified my game files 3 times, then today i saw lspdfr had found a solution so i tried to do it which was go to the security tab on you gta game folder and set all permissions and special permissions for SYSTEM adimstrator and yourself and i have tried to set special permissions and it blocked out it doesnt let me.
