Please help.......I really want to play this mod. But even the support on the RPH discord as silent about my issue and I'm just stuck with this.......I tried bringing up this issue but just get ignored. If anyone got the slightest clue how to fix this I'd honestly be beyond grateful

I will describe in detail the issue and what I have done so far to try and resolve it. The Issue: My issue with RPH revolves around an Epic Games version of GTA 5. Essentially, since I had a version of GTA 5 on Epic, I installed it and then came over to LCPDFR and downloaded the new version + the RPH hook specifically for the new patch with BattleEye. The installation was smooth, with no issues there. However, whenever I use RPH, what happens is that it launches the game for me through Epic flawlessly but doesn't actually go past the “game is loading" phase, even though it successfully boots me into the menu where you can select "story mode/online/settings," etc. I can further load into single-player mode, and still, nothing loads further in the popped-up RPH menu as it remains in "game is loading." What I Tried So Far to Solve It: I have followed the RPH Google Doc to try to fix the issue. I gave permission to the folder and everything inside it, had the GTA folder in exclusions of my antivirus, and disabled the GeForce overlay/Xbox bar. I was not using any software such as RivaTuner for overclocking my PC components. Essentially, I followed pages 3-6 of their guide to the letter as it was provided to me on their Discord. I have tried the “open RPH when you are in-game already" solution. All it does is attempt to open another instance of GTA 5 through its default steps, i.e., "open Epic/tried to open the game/gives me the error 'another instance of the game is running.'" I have tried turning on RPH right after the police light flashing as you boot up GTA 5, and it still is stuck at the "game is loading" stage after having verified everything else. Summary: If started “normally,” RPH for me will just "full circle boot GTA 5" and NOT go past the "game is loading" stage. If I attempt to launch RPH AFTER GTA 5 is loaded, it attempts to "full circle boot GTA 5" and redirects me to a popped-up Epic Games launcher with an error of “another instance” already loaded. GTA 5 was FRESHLY installed, and no prior mods have been installed in this folder of GTA 5. The first mod gracing the folder was LCPDFR + the RAGE hook that came with it for the new BattleEye version. Please help me. I am out of ideas. And I just want to play this mod through the damn RPH
