  1. Suggestion: NPC Spawner XML file

    Hey guys, I think it would be a nice feature to have a file alongside the agency.xml, stations.xml etc where you can define NPCs that always spawn at certain coordinates, which could be used for things like populating interiors from the Openallinteriors mod, making story characters spawn at their homes etc.
