after i did all that i came up with the same problem. thanks for everyone trying to help but i ended up deleting everything and am reinstalling gta. thanks for your time

I tried starting gta first and I’m still stuck on this black screen. I really don’t wanna have to delete all my mods and reinstall gta. I’ll delete SHVDN and install the things the guy listed and hope for the best.

I’m sorry but what is SHVDN? I know what most of this is but not that lol I will try starting gta first though

I didn’t edit any files. I installed mostly plugins. I don’t have lemonui or the nightly scripthookv or weapons limit adjuster. Is this my problem? I’m not sure if it’s crashing, but the screen just turns black and freezes up my entire pc.

It has been quite a while since i last played lspdfr, and since then i have gotten a new pc. I saw a video on lspdfr and because of such video it made me want to play it again. I did everything as usual except for a couple things. i didn't have enough space on my pc so without thinking i decided to not make a different copy of gta5 and used the original one and put all of my mods and such on that. And instead of testing the game by running the game first i decided to not start up the game at all and add all of my mods and THEN play. I have done this a bunch of times and have been able to fix any problems coming up. but i am now assuming i over estimated my skills. I've done a couple of things in OpenIV, such as a Glock 17 model pistol and stuff like that. I've looks in the main game directory for any issues like if i accidentally put something in a folder that's not supposed to be there. found nothing. I'm very confused. because now when i try to load up the game it goes through the main thing like loading plugins and stuff but as soon as it gets to the "loading lspdfr" it freezes for a second and turns into a black screen where i cant press any buttons or escape the window which results in me having to shut off my computer. I'm sure I've messed up somewhere but i would much rather not have to reinstall the game. I've had multiple errors and stuff but from since have fixed it and now its plain crashing. would appreciate any help. also here's my rph. RagePluginHook.log

Welp, i just readded addon cars and its back to crashing.

Sorry about the last response. I have reinstalled it and it is crashing again. It said critical error and it was because the game and my script hook v weren't the same version so i fixed it, it crashes once and is now back up and running. Thank you very much sir.

So, i start the game by using Rage Plugin Hook. So for the first time i start it up after turning on my computer, it goes farther into the cut scene, for example, going to where the rockstar logos are showed. then the screen freezes and then crashes. And if i try to restart it, it crashed sooner and sooner. I've tried renaming the mods folder to _mods and it still crashes. The game had been running fine until i started to try to use add on vehicles. I used open IV and did a gameconfig as a youtube tutorial told me to, then added a car into the dlc packs, and went in and did a couple more things. And it said "out of game memory" so i saw another post on how to fix it i downloaded the required files and it no longer says that. But now when i try to start up the game it crashes. I honestly don't know what's going on and just want to play the game. If its needed i wont use addon cars. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for reading.
