Kinksta: I mentioned in your LAPD file you upladed recently that I was having troubles with the rotators showing up white. I did a clean install with no ENB and I get the same issue. The other lights on the cars (grill ights etc) all show up with the proper color and proper brightness, but the rotators don't seem to really have any bloom or intensity. Do you know if there's a specific value that corresponds to the rotator lights?

Very awesome. Would love to see you work your way through some various cars between then and now. Mid 90s Crown Vic and Caprice would be amazing!

I've tried changing that value numerous times and it has no effect. The only other mods I run are LCPDFR and ELS. Guess I shouldn't have changed what was already working.

First time installing a mod like this. Everything looks very nice, except my ELS lights are super dim. I've tried messing with the ELS settings but I can't seem to get the lights to look better. Anybody have any settings they recommend??

Not a huge fan of that model of Impala, but excellent work on them both! I love the old school look. Hadn't downloaded any old cars before, but will surely use these and the CHP ones you posted.
