    I had the same issue. Delete the settings from documents-Rockstar-GtaV. Hope it's helps.

    I reinstalled the game today again. Without mods. It's still not working. The only way I could enter story mod was by first loading it into online mode and change to story mode. And nothing happens. I only see Franklin. The game worked perfectly before I installed the lspdfr mod and something else. Can you help me? I deleted the settings.xml file and it's working. Documents->Rockstar Games-> GTA V.

    Infinite loading screen. I downloaded the lspdfr i had infinite loading screen. I reinstalled the game without mods and it still doesn't work.
