    ok I found the solution. using the second link I put the handling.meta into ALBO'S MODDING DLC PACK handling.meta, and it worked

    so I am using ALBO'S MODDING DLC PACK, I have added a custom car to it. It works perfectly fine. But in the vehicles.meta it's handling ID is adder, is there anyway to make it something else like the TORERO XO, its vehicle model is called terero2, i found it on this website, https://docs.fivem.net/docs/game-references/vehicle-models/ . but on the main vehicles.meta in openIV I cannot find it's ID, so I tried to just put in torero2 but it crashed the game. I think I may have found a solution but I do not know how to use it, it is from this website, it has all vehicles handling.metas and vehicle.metas. https://forum.cfx.re/t/vehicle-meta-files-last-dlc/5142301 if anyone has any recommendations/solutions that will be very helpful
